Your tour begins atop the Colle Oppio with a panoramic view of the Colosseum, Rome's most recognizable landmark. Next, you will skip the long lines and gain special access to the Colosseum. Once inside, your expert official guide will take you through the bloody past of the amphitheater as you listen to tales of gladiators, mock sea-battles and executions.
After a brief rest at the Arch of Constantine, you will arrive at the Palatine Hill, the most famous of the seven hills of Rome. From here you can admire the views of the Roman Forum and Nero's Circus Maximus where chariot races were held. Romulus and Remus were said to have been found on the Palatine Hill by the she-wolf who nursed and raised them. Legend also holds that Romulus went on to found Rome.
The last stop on your tour is a walk along the Via Sacra or 'Sacred Way', the main path through the Roman Forum that was used for triumphal processions. The tour ends at the temple which houses the altar where Julius Caesar was cremated. Visitors from around the world still leave flowers and candles at this site to this day.

Private Four Day Safari to Samburu and Aberdares
Samburu is one of the lesser known game reserves of Kenya, but well worth the visit. On the banks of a river, there is plenty of trees and water to attract animals from far and wide. As with the rest of Kenya, anywhere you find an abundance of animals, you will find predators not too far behind.
- Conducted in English
The beauty of Samburu's lesser known reputation is the lack of crowds making for a more intimate game experience than some other parks offer.
Soaring mountain ranges give way to plummeting valleys as streams cascade over waterfalls, making Aberdares National Park a landscape lovers paradise. With over 250 species of bird, it is also a haven for bird watching enthusiasts.
Located in the heart of Aberdares National Park, The Ark is known as a "tree hotel", built on pylons in such a way as not to disturb the animals around the waterhole. Its three decks provide superb vantage points for game viewing around the floodlit waterhole.

Private Tour: Abu Simbel by Minibus from Aswan - Egypt Travel
See the magnificent temples of Abu Simbel on a minibus tour from Aswan. With a qualified Egyptologist as your guide, you'll enjoy a personalized visit to Abu Simbel on this private tour. With its four rock-hewn pharaohs, you'll agree that the Great Temple is one of the most impressive sites in Egypt, and the highlight of any trip to Egypt.
- Private guide for a more personalized experience
- Lead by a qualified Egyptologist
- All entrance fees included
- Choice of several departures throughout the day
- Free hotel pickup and drop-off included
- Conducted in English
On the short walk to the temple entrances, your guide will explain the history of the site, including details of the UNESCO-led relocation of the entire cliff face to higher ground, and how the temples were discovered by accident in 1813. Due to the large number of visitors to Abu Simbel, guides are not permitted inside either the Great Temple of Ramses II or the smaller Temple of Hathor. However, by using photos and illustrations, your guide will explain to you the structures and their interior artworks. You will then have free time to enter the temples and explore them at your leisure.
As one of the few ancient Egyptian sites which largely escaped damage by past invaders, the interiors of Abu Simbel's temples are astounding. The scale of the buildings and their detailed decoration leaves most visitors in awe. The temples' attraction is further enhanced by their scenic location on the edge of Lake Nasser in the orange sands of the desert.
After visiting the temples there may be time for a short visit to the small visitor's center which documents the UNESCO relocation project, before returning to the minibus for the drive back to Aswan. The drive is approximately three hours each way.
